Jim Mc Quaid FCCA - Director

James was educated at St. Macartan’s College, Monaghan and later in University College Dublin.  He joined the firm in 1977 and  became a partner in 1986.  He is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a Qualified Financial Advisor.   James specialises in advising small and medium sized family run businesses.









Bernadine Gormley FCCA - Director

Bernadine was educated at Beech Hill, College, Monaghan and later at the Institute of Technology, Dundalk and Athlone.  She is a  fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Specialising in the area of audit and assurance services, Bernadine  has vast experience in providing advice to both public and private sector clients, on accounting, corporate governance, financial  reporting and audit.  She also has experience in personal and corporate tax planning and in assisting clients in achieving tailored solutions that suit their needs.









Deborah McArdle FCCA - Director

Debbie is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.  She studied at Our Lady’s Secondary School,  Castleblayney and then at Dublin Business College.  She joined the firm in 1998 and became a partner in 2009.  Debbie has  developed a wealth of knowledge in the provision of accounting, taxation and business advisory from working with a diverse range  of clients.  She has particular expertise in management reporting, monthly management accounts, cash flow management  projections and  systems set-up across a range of industries such as retail, transport and tourism and hospitality.






Andrew Fuller FCCA - Director

Andrew is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He received his early education at Ballybay  Community College and Dundalk Institute of Technology where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Studies.   He joined the firm in 1996 and became a partner in 2009. He specialises in all aspects of farmer and small business  accounts, including taxation, financing and new business planning.





Laura Mc Kenna ACCA - Audit Manager

Laura is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and an associate member of the Irish Tax Institute.  She  joined the firm in 2000 and became Audit Manager in April 2008.  Laura specialises in the provision of audit and assurance  services to small to medium sized companies and owner-managed businesses in all sectors of industry such as manufacturing,  hotel and leisure, property and construction etc.





Eamonn Mc Ardle B.Comm , FCA. AITI - Consultant

Eamonn received his early education at St. Macartan’s College, Monaghan and qualified with a bachelor of Commerce from UCD in 1965. He trained as a Chartered Accountant in Dublin qualifying in March 1970. He founded the firm in June 1975 having previously been employed in various firms in Dublin and the North West. In 1978 he became an associate of the Institute of Taxation in Ireland   Although no longer a director of the firm he continues to act as a specialist taxation advisor to the many clients of the practice.


Thomas Cassidy B.Comm, FCA - Consultant

Tom was educated at St. Macartan’s College, Monaghan and later at University College Dublin where he obtained a degree in Commerce. He trained as an accountant in Dublin where he qualified as an ACA in 1975. He became a partner in 1980 and specialises in business advisory services.  He is also a Qualified Financial Advisor.  Tom has now retired as a director of the firm, but continues to provide specialist business advisory services to the firm and it's many clients.
